Following is the relief, which the petitioner is seeking in the present writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India: - "(A) A writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents for release of Neha Kumari Sharma and also hand over to Kumar Chandan who is the nature guardian of the girl.

Or For a declaration that marriage which was solemnized with respondent no.2

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.647 of 2022(4) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 on 27th Jan. 2019 may be declared as null and avail so that the petitioner would remarry, as he is being compelled to live separately from 17.09.2020.

The petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of writ in the nature of writ of habeas corpus. On perusal of the averments made in the writ application, we are of the view that this writ application is wholly misconceived and no purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending. This application is accordingly dismissed as misconceived.
