In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing the office order dated 19.04.2011 contained in Memo No. 773 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Bhojpur Zila Parishad, Ara, by which engagement of the petitioner on the post of 'Madhyamik Teacher' has been cancelled and also sought for other relieves.
The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before
Patna High Court CWJC No.23000 of 2012 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
