In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Town (Nawada) P.S. Case No.192 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that while the informant was returning from Nawada Bazar, the accused persons including the petitioner intercepted him and tried to take him to orchard with an intention to kill the informant and present petitioner caused injury on the nose and face of the informant. It

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37049 of 2018(2) dt.03-07-2018 2/3 has also been alleged that when the informant came to his house then after some times the petitioner and other accused persons came to his house and one Ravi Singh has assaulted the father of the informant with Garasa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the informant used to tease the sister of the petitioner and when the petitioner objected then this incident has taken place, which has wrongly been exaggerated.

The injury report has been brought on record, which indicates that the injuries are simple in nature. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Deepu Singh @ Dippu Singh, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Town (Nawada) P.S. Case no.192 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioner for the purposes of investigation and interrogation, he will remain present for the
