2. Appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.126 of 2022, registered for the offences u/s 354, 379, 380 and other allied Sections of the IPC and 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the appellant surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2160 of 2023(4) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
