The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that specific accusation of misconduct is against co-accused Ganesh Yadav. Petitioners have been made accused in this case merely because they are mother and sister-in-law of co-accused Ganesh Yadav. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the fact that petitioners are lady, having
