This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30256 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 31.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30256 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

This modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
