The petitioner complains non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 18060 of 2014 whereby the direction was issued to the District Magistrate, Gopalganj to submit his enquiry report to the Election Commission to enable them to proceed in the matter.
A show cause has been filed enclosing the letter dated
Patna High Court MJC No.388 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 15.1.2015 of the District Magistrate, Gopalganj forwarding his report in compliance with the directions of this Court. In the circumstances, nothing survives in the writ petition which is disposed of accordingly.
Since the desired report has been received by the State Election Commission, hence let the Election Case preferred by the petitioner be disposed of expeditiously by the Commission in accordance with law.
