The petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P.S. Case No. 155/2017, instituted for offences under Section(s) 328, 120(B) and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on 03.05.2017 a dead frog was found in the mid-day meal of the school, which was made viral on Whats app by the teachers of the School, namely, Dharmendra Kumar and Mantu Kumar Kunal, who left the school on getting information of arrival of senior officers. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is Supervisor (School co-ordinator) of the N.G.O., namely, Ekta Shakti Foundation, who got the contract for supplying the mid-day meal since 2009 in the district of Nawada.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Hilsa in connection with Chandi P.S.
