Heard the parties.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 151, 152, 186, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 332, 333, 431, 427, 435, 337, 504, 506 of the IPC, 27 of the Arms Act and 3/4 of the Damage to Public Property Act.

The petitioners have filed supplementary affidavit stating therein that Muni Devi, wife of petitioner No.1, has suffered heart attack on 23.09.2021 and since then she is under treatment. No one is there to take her care.

For the aforesaid reason, the matter has been taken up

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38850 of 2021(2) dt.04-10-2021 2/2 for out of turn hearing.

Petitioners are in custody since 17.03.2021. They have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are named amongst 166 named and several unknown having no specific attribution.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No.107 of 2021 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
