Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.07.2020, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 20472 of 2020, by which the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 13.07.2020, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 20472 of 2020 is extended by four weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35363 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. The petitioner shall furnish receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority at the time of furnishing bail bond.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
