Having regard to the fact that the opposite parties in the show cause reply have taken a stand that the order of this Court containing direction for disposal of memorial has already been disposed of on 16.9.2013, vide Annexure 'A' to the show cause reply, this contempt application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps as against the order of disposal of memorial.
