Patna High Court CWJC No.2259 of 2015 (7) dt.21-02-2017 2/2 abode on 12-03-2005, has filed the present petition in the year 2015, with a prayer to direct the respondents to grant benefit of 2nd time bound promotion in respect of her late husband, which according to the petitioner, had accrued in the year 1996. Considering the fact that the employee retired in the year 2002 and died in the year 2005 and after ten years from his death, the present writ petition was filed for directing for grant of 2nd time bound promotion with effect from 1996, the Court is of the opinion that in such a stale matter, there is no reason to examine anything.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
