Since the issue raised by the petitioners with regard to termination of his service under the Bihar Legislative Council, which is matter of challenge in the present writ application, contained in Annexure-10 and 12, have already answered in identical issue and writ decided earlier, the present writ application is also dismissed with the observation that the decision rendered in C.W.J.C. No. 10750 of 2006 as well as L.P.A. No. 150 of 2012, decided on 02.04.2012 shall

Patna High Court CWJC No.2323 of 2015 dt.06-02-2015 2/2 govern the issue of the petitioners as well.

No indulgence in view of the two decisions is required to be given by interfering with the impugned annexures.

Writ application is dismissed.
