Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was granted vide order dated 04.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58579 of 2022.

The modification petition has been filed stating that he was in Delhi and having no knowledge, could not surrender in time. However, he submits that for the lapse on his part, he will be depositing Rs. 2000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32536 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the Cr. Misc No. 32536 of 2023 stands allowed.

Accordingly, the order dated 04.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 58579 of 2022 is modified and the period of custody is further extended to four weeks from today subject to payment of Rs. 2000/- as undertaken by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
