Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Riga PS Case No. 32 of 2018, registered under Sections 272, 273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that twelve litres of country made liquor was recovered from the hut of Shankar Paswan and this petitioner is said to have escaped away from the hut of one Sheojee Paswan, there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has clean antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Ajay Bharti is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II -cum- Special Judge (Excise) Sitamarhi in connection with Riga PS Case No. 32 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C..
