In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case from both sides. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have given Farsa blow on the head of victim.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
