2. The is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 300 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court for grant of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 55948 of 2024, which was rejected vide order dated 14.08.2024, which reads as follows:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 300 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing loot of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28516 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 52,337/- in broad daylight. He is accused in six more cases of similar or serious nature. Materials have come during investigation to connect him with the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2024.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed."

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this application is again dismissed.
