In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents authorities to protect the fundamental right of the petitioner. It has been pleaded that his premises has been forcefully locked by the respondent no. 4, who is a private person.

The court is of the opinion that writ can not be issued against a private person.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
