The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) (B) and 27(A) of the NDPS Act and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, on search being conducted 10 kgs. of ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or his house. He has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2020 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, having remained in custody for over 1 year and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case no. 50 of 2020 (arising out of Kudra P.S. Case no. 368 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Kaimur.
