Patna High Court MJC No.3233 of 2015(4) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 have approached the Court for extension of time but he cannot sit over the order and decide for himself as to when the compliance shall be made.
It is obvious that many a things have been done only after the Court ordered his personal presence and some urgency has been shown thereafter in completing the building. The Court is informed that the Primary Health Sub Centre is in functional state. This statement has been made by the Civil Surgeon before this Court and the Court expects that this has been done with due responsibility. The contempt application stands disposed of.
However, the petitioner has freedom to bring it to the notice of this Court if it is found that what is stated in the affidavit and what was tendered as proof was only a cosmetic job when he has to answer for contempt again. Personal presence of the Civil Surgeon stands dispensed with.
