JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sanjay Kumar Tiwary, learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of four cases and all the cases are of the year 2013 or before, further the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2022.
The allegation is of recovery of one country-made pistol along with five live cartridges from the pocket of petitioner's trouser.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022.
