====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of
Patna High Court MJC No.6092 of 2012 (3) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 12425 of 2012 which stood dismissed on 24.08.2012.
The matter is pending since more than five years after it was filed on 27.11.2012. The defects pointed out by the Office was not removed and when the matter was taken up on 15.09.2017, learned counsel for the State appeared before the Office but none appeared on behalf of the petitioners to remove the defects. The office directed for placing upon the matter for today. Today, when the matter is taken up, none is present to prosecute the case.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, it seems that applicants/petitioners are no more interested in the matter. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
