1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) Issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.06.2014, passed by Respondent No.2 annexed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition.

(ii) Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to remove encroachment from the land in question."
