The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 535 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners are named in the FIR and there is allegation of assault. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation has been attributed against them and there is case and counter case between the parties.

Heard learned APP also.

No.32540 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 535 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
