JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.996 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 379 & 323 of IPC According to complaint case, the father of the petitioner has received money of Rs.2,00,000/- from the complainant and when he went to demand the same, he was assaulted by the accused persons and one Bhola Paswan and others has snatched Rs.1500/- and a golden chain. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no offence under Section 379 of IPC is made out against the petitioner and other sections are concerned, they are bailable. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Munger, in connection with Complaint Case No.996 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
