2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mehdiganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Patna City.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons badly assaulted the informant with intention to kill him upon which he got serious injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not

He submits that the informant had fired and hit on his left leg and he sustained injury and only to save his own neck involved the petitioner in this false case. The petitioner has got two criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
