JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2017 It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph no. 1 of the order dated 21.08.2017, it has wrongly been mentioned as "challenging the order dated 28.04.2010 passed in Appeal No. 203/2009" rather the same should be "challenging the order dated 29.06.2012 passed in Appeal No. 18/2012" therefore, „Appeal No. 203/2009‟ be read as

Patna High Court CWJC No.18035 of 2012 (5) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 „Appeal No. 18/2012‟, in the said order dated 21.08.2017 passed in this case.

The petitioner is granted further 30 days time from today for filing an appeal before the State Appellate Authority and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. It has further been pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 26.07.2013 passed by this Court.

The petitioner will be at liberty to make a separate application before the State Appellate Authority during the pendency of the appeal within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal and the same shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days from the date of filing of such application. The order dated 21.08.2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
