2. The only reason, according to the petitioner, as to why difference of salary is not being paid by the District Programme

Writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Director, Primary Education, that he will ensure that necessary fund is made available for payment to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
