WJC No.125 of 2015 (3) dt.21-09-2015 2 / 2 21-09-2015 By way of the present writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing respondents to complete the investigation of the case registered against the respondent no. 7 to 11 in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2011 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 3, 4 and 10 of the Bihar Examinations Conduct Act 1981 and file charge-sheet/final form.

In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave is granted.
