ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 188, 504, and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the land in question has been purchased by them but there is some dispute with regard to the possession of the land which resulted in a scuffle. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus and that there is history of land dispute between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27612 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case and the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
