====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-10-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P. S. Case No. 84 of 2020 dated 23.03.2020 instituted for offences under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a) and 37 (D) (C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25 (1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

It appears from the F.I.R. that 13.5 litres of liquor, kept in 36 bottles, were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Firearm weapons also are said to have been recovered from beneath the seat of

The petitioner was earlier made accused in a case but in that case he is on bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2020. It has been submitted that one of the coaccused persons of this case having similar allegation has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court. Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-II - cum - Special Judge, Excise, Begusarai in connection with Balia P. S. Case No. 84 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
