2. This criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated 01.04.2024 passed by learned Exclusive Special Judge SC/ST, Saran at Chapra in ABP No. 878/2024 arising out of Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, registered under Sections 341, 323, 363, 376(D), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (i)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this appellant committed gang rape

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I do not find any ground to interfere with the order of the learned court below and as such, the appeal, which has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail, is hereby rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
