2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with H. Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 368/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of the BNS.
3. It is alleged that six unknown miscreants riding on two motorcycles armed with country-made pistol looted cash, mobile phone and A.T.M. card of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation on the confession of co-accused Rajesh Kumar. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM -1st, Munger in connection with H. Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 368/2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS.
