JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 This application has been filed against the order dated 25.3.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan in Andar (M.H. No.8 of 2015 S. Tr. No.62 of 2016) for transfer of this case from the court of Fast Track Court no.II , Siwan to any other court within the same jurisdiction, which has been dismissed .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the evidences was recorded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.4 but without any rhyme and reason the case has been transferred to the court of F.T.C. No.2 . Further submission is that he has filed transfer application before the Sessions Judge but the same has been dismissed. From the order dated 25.3.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.2 of 2019 filed before the Sessions Judge, it appears that

No.27555 of 2019(3) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this application and after considering the materials available on the record, the case has been dismissed as such I find no merit in this application, however, the petitioner is at liberty to move again before the learned Sessions Judge who will consider the same and will pass appropriate order.
