The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1021(C) of 2016 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegation of paying wages in advance to the petitioners is absolutely false. He submitted that save and except the oral allegation, there is no document to support the fact that the alleged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58022 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 amount of money was ever given by the complainant to the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the State opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No. 1021(C) of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
