The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madanpur P.S. case No. 44 of 2014 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer of petitioner for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 26.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14953 of 2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injuries are not caused by fire arm and the injuries are simple in nature. The case has been compromised but it appears from perusal of the injury report that the injuries were caused by pellet.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26981 of 2016 (3) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is again rejected.
