The left over issue in relation to LIC, which has been taken note of in the previous adjournment orders, the Court is informed that the payment has been made and the details thereof have not been brought on record by way of an affidavit. However, the Court directs the officers of the LIC that they will communicate the final position with regard to his entitlement and the details thereof within four weeks from today to the petitioner. If any further grievance emerges thereof and if any infirmity is pointed out then the authorities of the LIC will re-look into the matter and indicate the final position thereto.
