The matter relates to selection and appointment conducted under the Advertisement of 2004 for the post of Constables. The petitioners claim right of appointments against the left over vacancies under the said advertisement.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17229 of 2014(2) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 After almost 18 years, no such relief can be granted to the petitioners, as the selection process can not be continued for such a long period. The writ petition by efflux of time has become infructuous.
