Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.35 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies as the petitioner is a Mukhiya. During course of investigation, nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.32291 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.35 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
