The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379, 353, 34of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against this petitioner is of committing theft of a truck loaded with sand.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is owner of truck in question. The truck in question was released in favour of this petitioner by the learned court below, vide order dated 07.01.2021 (Annexure - 3 to the petition), which itself falsifies the allegation made against petitioner in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on
