JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 The present writ application has been preferred against the order dated 15.03.2012 passed in Appeal No.168 of 2011 and Appeal No.146 of 2011 by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Kaimur.
It has been submitted on behalf of the State that under the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015 State Appellate Authority has been constituted and functioning. Therefore, the order impugned hereunder may be challenged before the State Appellate Authority.
Patna High Court CWJC No.23381 of 2012 (3) dt.31-07-2017 2/2 On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.3282 of 2013 dated 07.01.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
