====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 330/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Parkhand Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificate. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that without any query and notice to the petitioner, the certificate submitted by the petitioner has been proved forged and fabricated. It is further submitted that petitioner has submitted all his educational documents and after getting verification of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29009 of 2020(3) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 same, he was duly appointed on 12.12.2006 as Parkhand teacher in Middle School Brahmapur Prakhand, Benipatti in Madhubani district. It is further submitted that petitioner has already been terminated from service and has clean antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, I, Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 330 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
