The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with N.H.Bangra P.S.Case No.37 of 2014 registered under Sections 366A and 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to statement of the victim, who is aged about fourteen years, recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she had alleged that after abducting her, the petitioner took her to Ludhiana and ravished her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60723 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 is rejected.
