Learned counsel for the appellant, at the outset, requested that he may be permitted to delete the Union of India through the National Investigation Agency from the array of partyrespondent and thereby he may be permitted to implead the A.T.S., Bihar, Patna as respondent. Learned counsel for the appellant further requested that he may be permitted to convert the present Criminal Appeal (DB) into Criminal Appeal (SJ).
