The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. I. To quash the erroneous, unjust and improper order dated 18.11.2021 passed by Circle Officer, Biharsharif, District-Nalanda in Encroachment Case No. 12/21-22 forthwith.

II. To direct the concerned respondents to not disturb the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8547 of 2022(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 petitioners and petitioners' family residing at constructed house in Thana No. 122, Khata No. 64, Khesra No. 368, Area-36 decimal in Mauza-Bhaisasoor till disposal of the S.A. No. 450/21 pending before the Hon'ble High Court."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 18.11.2021 passed by the Circle Officer, Biharsharif in connection with Encroachment Case No. 12/2021-22 by filing appropriate Appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
