The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 18.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17147 of 2015. It is submitted that due to unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender in the Court below and accordingly a prayer has been made for extension of time. In view of the submissions made by the petitioner, let the time fixed for surrender be extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

In case, the petitioner fails to surrender within the aforesaid four weeks from today, the order dated 18.03.2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33442 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 P2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17147 of 2015 shall stand automatically recalled.

With the above modification, the present application stands disposed of.
