2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Thawe P.S Case No. 347 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 547, 380 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioners along with coaccused have committed theft inside the informant's house and steal mobile phones, ornaments and cash of Rs. 30,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27556 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 no Test Identification parade conducted till date. It is also submitted that petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 03.12.2023 and the petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 15.01.2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioners and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S Case No. 347 of 2023 subject to condition that petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and they shall be physically present on each and every date fixed by the Trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
