Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks direction to the respondent no.3, i.e., the Executive Engineer, Electrical Works Division, Patna for payment of arrear bills of the petitioner amounting to Rs.1,47,437/-. It is submitted that despite all efforts, the bills could not be paid. Petitioners relies upon a copy of letter no.542 dated 22.2.2013 by which the respondent no.3 has written to the Chief Engineer, Department of Energy for allotting necessary fund so

In such a situation, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e., Principal Secretary with copies of all the necessary documents. Let him examine the matter within a period of six weeks. In case, such dues are admitted then the same should be paid within a further period of eight weeks by making necessary allotment.
