The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 411, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Three persons were found riding on a motorcycle without a number plate. All the aforesaid persons were arrested and the motorcycle was seized. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by the aforesaid three persons as their associate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there has been no recovery from him and he has not been arrested from the spot. He does not

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
For the facts aforestated above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
