2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024, dated 27-06-2024, registered under Sections 363, 366A and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4,8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act ( for short 'POCSO Act').

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he enticed the informant's daughter and took her away to perform her marriage with co-accused Narad.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this

The only allegation against him is that he solemnized the marriage of the victim with co-accused Narad; no allegation of sexual assault or any other wrongful act has been made against him. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner, having no criminal antecedents, is in custody since 02.01.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has opposed the prayer.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI- cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Goplalganj, in connection with POCSO Case No. 10 of 2025 arising out of Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
